We’ll make a full backup copy of your virtual server every week, so you never have to be afraid of permanently losing any important data. And we can restore a backup very quickly. All the backups are saved on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

While a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually endless number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software programs. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Administration Services package, which enables you to call for any of our expert server admins to install and configure any software package and to solve any trouble that you’re having with the VPS.
